You Need the Holy Spirit to Mature

Spiritual maturing is very similar to advancing in the Martial Arts where progression is identified by the color of a belt: White, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple, Brown, and Black. The Black belt represents the highest level of mastery and expertise. It takes time and commitment to earn a colored belt, likewise, growing spiritually also takes time and commitment

It is facing the trials and challenges of life where you learn to apply the spiritual principles that prepares you to become the spiritual leader God has called you to become.

It is how we allow the Holy Spirit to guide us through Spiritual Growth, that starts with Love, Joy, and Peace, that will enable us to resist our old nature when faced with the trials of life. The Holy Spirit within us gives us peace in the storm, courage in the struggle, and wisdom when we don’t know the answer.
